Rules:

"A Game of Sales, Skills, & Wit."

Purpose: The purpose of Knock Knock is to provide DishOne managers with a way to create effective, realistic role-play scenarios for the training of their reps.

The Cards: Each card contains a scenario for both the customer as well as the sales rep. These scenarios will lay out the exact role-play you will be doing. Each card will be focused on a different part of the sales process. For example, the pitch, the sale, the close etc.

The Customer: Instructions for the customer are on the front of each card. Each customer will include 5 things:

 

Customer Profile.

Customer's Current Service & Set Up.

Customer's Objection(s).

Customer's Hot Button(s) (if it is the sale or close)

Rep's Objective

 

The Rep: Instructions for the rep are on the back of each card. Each rep card will include 3 things.

1. Brief explanation

2. Rep's Goal

3. "Hints" to help the rep out with the role-play.
